Probably the most prestigious shopping Centre in KwaZulu Natal, Gateway sees more than 2 million visitors a year and was modelled on the Mall of America. With one of the biggest chilled water plants at over 30 000 kW of cooling, the SFI office on site has a direct view of the plant room and can react to any anomaly immediately. With over 160 000m² and more than 450 shops, the airconditioning is very demanding and requires attention to detail by the full-time team on site.
