Introduction And Role Context	SFI Group (Pty) Ltd, a national air-conditioning and maintenance company seeks to employ an experienced, HVAC Operator at various business interest areas who would be responsible for assisting with the service and repair of client air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. All duties shall be performed aligned to ensuring compliance to the Quality Management System for the area of responsibility.
Duties/responsibilities	Adherence to health and safety standards. Client Liaison and Administration Responsible for safe working practices, own safety, and colleagues use of equipment in line with safety practices. Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. Performing day to day task as direct repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring. Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks with a soap-and-water solution. Perform preventive and general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, oiling parts, and changing filters. Assist with the installation of replacement components to heating-cooling equipment, such as valves, air ducts, pipes, blowers, dampers following prescriptions. Assist with other work in coordination with repair and maintenance teams. Ensure good housekeeping Cleaning area of work and areas as requested by supervisors. General site establishment before work commencing
Required Qualification and experience	Minimum 3 – 7 years HVAC Commercial Refrigeration Experience 3 – 5 years within an HVAC Operator Role Driver’s license Matric or Grade 12 equivalent N2 – N6 / NCV Certificate (compulsory)
Additional Criteria	Meet required Qualifications and experience as outlined above. Clear Criminal Record Must reside in area of applying Sober Habits
