Introduction And Role ContextSFI Group, a national air-conditioning maintenance company is looking for an experienced Service Administrator to provide administrative support and guidance to the company’s technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all calls, resultant communication and administration are completed timeously to the required standard.
Duties/responsibilitiesLog calls from clients
Provide a reference number to clients
Provide feedback to clients during and on completion of a job.
Process orders
Manage jobs on CMMS
Costing jobs
Raising Invoices
Communicate with technicians during and up to completion of a job and orders received
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Reporting and escalating external customer requirements to relevant stakeholders
Timeous submission of month reports to line supervisor
Required Qualification and experience1 – 2 years industry knowledge experience
3 – 5 years within a Call Center environment
Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
Qualification or studying towards one (such as Business studies)
Strong computer literacy skills
Sound planning / organisational and communication skills (read, speak, write)
